Levet and Partners, a leading independent real estate consulting and brokerage firm in Paris, is for over 20 years attending to its clients in the constitution, valorization and realization of their real estate properties, in both residential and commercial areas.
The parent company of Levet & Partners, Jean-Marc Levet s.a., founded in 1785, was one of the most important property and asset management firms in Paris. A large part of its clientele consists of old and important French aristocratic and grand bourgeoisie families and eminent religious associations and congregations owning real estate properties throughout France.
Most managed properties were in prominent Paris locations, on both side of the Seine river, such as: Ave. des Champs-Elysées, Ave. George-V, Ave. Georges-Mandel, Ave. Foch, Rue du Faubourg-Saint-Honoré, Blvd. Saint-Germain, etc.
Transactions included sales and rentals of land in Paris, office buildings, prime commercial properties (such as Gucci shop building on Rue Royale, a residential building in Place François-Ier, a large commercial and residential building on Ave. de la Grande Armée, commercial properties on Ave. Victor-Hugo), and many luxury apartments, town houses and castles in exclusive locations.
International ventures :
In 1991, Jean-Marc Levet & Partners acquired a leading Manhattan commercial brokerage firm (Alan M. Simon, inc) and opened an international headquarters on 445 Park Avenue, with 30 sales associates, in order to provide a full-service in high-end residential sales, office and retail leasing, appraisals and consulting, both locally and internationally. It rose in a couple of years to become the 10th most important real estate agency in New York City.
In 1992, Jean Marc Levet & Partners also signed a referral agreement with Rodeo Realty, a Beverly Hills-based residential real estate firm with 60 offices on the west coast, to expand the investment capabilities of both firms, and to carter to affluent international investors as the two companies were established authorities in high-end residential real estate properties.
