The Debt Restructuring of Real EstateCompanies: peculiarities

On September 10, will be held at the Conference Hall of the Unione Industriale Vercelli e Valsesia – Via P. Lucca, 6 Vercelli an important event titled “The Debt Restructuring  of Real EstateCompanies: peculiarities” where the lawyer Daniele Raynaud managing partner of Raynaud and Partners,  Elena Delsignore and Irene Leoni, respectivelly the managing director and associate of IL PUNTO will be the speakers. Antonio Campagnoli chairmen of the European and Near East Committe of FIABCI will be the moderator.
In particular, the event will focus on the peculiarities of the real estate industry: from design to construction, from consulting to development, the identification of alternative scenarios with associated rating, the preliminary due diligence and the preparation of the business plan in real estate ‘scope of the debt restructuring.
